These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CryptoSignals platform, including the website, dashboard, onboarding flow, billing pages, and any automation features made available through your account.
By creating an account, connecting an exchange API key, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
CryptoSignals provides software that helps users connect a supported exchange account and run an automated trading workflow. At launch, the supported exchange is Bybit only.
CryptoSignals is a software tool. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, fund manager, or investment adviser. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and the configuration of your exchange account. You must not share your account or allow another person to operate it in your name without authorization.
TRADING CRYPTOCURRENCY, INCLUDING DERIVATIVES, INVOLVES A HIGH RISK OF LOSS. MARKET MOVES CAN BE FAST AND SEVERE, AND YOU MAY LOSE PART OR ALL OF THE FUNDS USED FOR TRADING.
CRYPTOSIGNALS DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROFITS, WIN RATE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL OR AUTOMATION DECISION WILL BE ACCURATE. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECIDING WHETHER THIS SOFTWARE IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU.
The Services are provided for informational and execution-assistance purposes only. Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, exchange settings, leverage choices, tax reporting, and compliance with local laws.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining exchange API keys with the correct permissions. CryptoSignals expects trade-only API keys. You must not enable withdrawal permissions.
We take reasonable steps to protect account and integration data, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for promptly rotating keys and updating credentials if you suspect compromise.
CryptoSignals may offer a one-time free trial and paid access plans such as 15-day and 30-day subscriptions. Plan names, prices, promotional pricing, and access periods are shown on the website and may change prospectively.
Paid plans are flat-fee subscriptions. Unless a refund is required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable. Unpaid or overdue invoices may limit or pause access to the Services, including bot operation.
Promotional codes, courtesy access, and manual admin adjustments are optional commercial arrangements and may be revoked or limited if they were issued in error, abused, or obtained in violation of these Terms.
You must not abuse the platform, interfere with its normal operation, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the software beyond what applicable law expressly permits, resell access without permission, or use the Services for unlawful activity.
You must not use the platform in a way that harms other users, the infrastructure providers we rely on, or the operation of supported exchanges.
The platform depends on third-party services such as Bybit, payment providers, email providers, hosting infrastructure, and other vendors. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, outages, or actions taken by those providers.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its rules, some parts of CryptoSignals may stop working, degrade, or need to be modified without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTOSIGNALS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED AND, WHERE ALLOWED, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CRYPTOSIGNALS IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, a violation of these Terms, a payment issue, abuse of promotional access, or misuse of the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation of a paid plan does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
We may update the Services, pricing, supported providers, or these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page controls future use.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice inside the product or by email when reasonably practical.
